WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR 2 COUNSELLORS
COUNSELLOR TO WORK WITH ADULTS & YOUNG PEOPLE
Role Involves:
- Providing weekly counselling sessions (face to face and remotely) at our centre in Hitchin
- Related administration
- 1.5 hour clinical service meetings six-weekly (on Fridays, 10.00am to 11.30am)
- Building up to a caseload of 16 clients per week
- Working two evenings per week from 5pm to 8pm
- Providing counselling within charitable and full-cost recovery services
- Attending weekly clinical supervision
It is essential that applicants have a BACP (or equivalent) recognised Diploma in Counselling Young People and be accredited, or have a clear date by which their application will be submitted.

Role Involves:

FOR BOTH ROLES:
Good administration skills are important together with a willingness to work as an integral part of a professional clinical team.
Pay will be at £33.60 per session and convert to a salary, with full employment conditions once a caseload of 8 clients is reached, and then increase pro-rata until full caseload reached (16 clients per week).
